Has anyone out there physically built a low rpm, max power application using a 2.5 merc? Max RPM will be 7500 but probably more like 6500. I will not be turning more than these numbers so I cant imagine needing high porting and so on. Again max power from idle to 6500, 7500 at most. Jet pump scenario here.
