What is the difference between quicksiler prem plus and quicksilver prem.thanks for any help

premium plus is a blend.. beleive it has some synthetic properties to it.. premium is not strait petroleum derrived.. could be wrong but thats what im goin with.

is it me or has the ailsyn oil gone way up in price.. its almost more than merc HP oil

looking for somthing that doesnt smoke alot.. liek the penzoil junk that makes a huge cloud of smoke.. but isnt crazy expensive..

the prem plus is supposed to be blend and and better additive package for heavy duty use - higher horsepower motors , and regular prem is for the lower horse motors and normal use

It'll smoke soon, don't worry. :rolleyes: Do some searches here, there's more stories about 260/280 Mercs blowing up on AMSoil than there are about ones still running on it.
Alisyn costs $$$ because it IS that good.

As far as I understand, it is not a blend, but the additive package is supposed to be better.
