Hi
We have a 280 that stops at about 7000 rpm (88mph with 26 Pro ET on a 18ft V) Feels like it hits a soft limiter, has ROS ECU.
Can change to 25p Trophy and get no more RPM.
The injectors are brand new items. We have a 260 cowl on the engine and thought it may be lack of air, spaced front section out 1" to let more air in and took boat out for a run but it didn't seem to make any difference. We fitted pyros to try and see what is going on, 1 is not working at this time but the other peaked at 1162.
Any ideas, we are racing this weekend and mid 90's would be good, any help will be appreciated.
