if any body has any other updates i would appreciate it, the DA's office decided to use only the cases involving the largest amounts of money, if there are a few more of us in the same boat maybe we could get another set of charges pressed, i am in financial stress do to him, he took a deposit of 7 grand from me for a set of motors and never gave me a thing, i was forced to sell my 23 foot eliminator had no more money to buy motors. i can be reached at 786 985 7874, i'm also looking for a 20" lu for a 2.4 200 with low water pick up if any one has one

you are in florida, there is no DA. You have a state attorney and it is not his decision whether he wants to pursue only the large charges. Call, ask again, and then ask for a supervisor. Crime is crime, and you can add the little ones onto the big ones.

mybad states attorney, that is what i was told by fdle, and from what i have seen my name is not mentioned as either a victim, nor a witness, and i do have the proper documented evidence i would need to be included in the list of victims. part of it may be the long distance between miami and jacksonville if you have any info to help me out let me know

fdle is basically a crime lab in fla from what i am told; kinda like csi. They do the major ballistics, forensics, etc. They assist law enforcement from what I understand. Your best bet is to go to local authorities. They may defer you to local in jacksonville depending on jurisdictional issues and also on laziness, however, keep after one or the other or both untill someone takes it. Once local law enforcement does the report, they forward it to the state attorney's office in the controlling jurisdiction for prosecution. SAO reviews the information and decides if there is a case they can go forward on and files charges.

Best thing you can do is make the work easy on them (they are all gubment employees after all and not all are extremely ambitious). Get all documentation, photos, dates, times, best contact info for the scumbag... in essence do everything you can to make the case; it can make a big difference in how helpful they will be.

stvmerc is right on, you sometimes have to be your own investigator. Document everything, make copies of everything. First file a report locally within your jurisdiction and then you can wait or you can go ahead and call the jurisdiction where the scumbag lives and then report it to them and give them all the info along with the local authorities report number, Good Luck!

this bastard is on his second go around with the law. when i moved back to town in 1991 i heard about his dealings with a consignment lot he had on beach blvd. sold peoples boats and kept the money. he had the cougar "dirty laundry" on his lot is how i noticed him, thats not your everyday unit in this town. what a bastard. i herd he got prosscuted. i never herd another word about him till i saw this thread. burn his ass. good luck, but i bet he is pennyless. fukker. fun out :cool:

I tryed tracking down a guy who hit my family head on on interstate 68(DRUNK)Cumberland maryland,put all of them in the hospital,07/07/2007. It turns out he is locked up in west virginia and it does not show his name on the inmate list.I know he is there becouse I watched them bring him to court in cuffs for his trial. Some times I wonder if these sights are up to date?

In the early 89 I met Pat and it didn't take long to see his game.My cuz had a 32ft hull which I got from him. Pat had it so I went to get it with my other cuz,the brother of the one I got the hull from. When I got there to get the hull Pat wasn't going to let me have it.(because he had sold it to other people,more than one and never paid for it) When I told him I was taking it he blew up and knocked me to the asphalt,ran over and picked up mid section and was going to hit me with it so I went to the truck door 20' away and grabbed my cuzs 9mil of the seat. With a cha-chink he was looking down the barrel. He started singing a different tune. Got the law on the scene and I got the hull.
A week or so later they took him down for about 70 counts for stolen boats to someone leaving their boat for a tune up and he sold all the interior out of it. I can't believe he has got away with it all these years and they let him bond out.:confused: :cool:
