AFR - The simplest solution is always the best. No jobs=no illegals. And as surprising as it is, Jersey may be getting something right. The new law will be first offense 10 day revocation of business license. Second offense permanent revocation of your business license. And I'm a business owner and I agree with it. Sub-topic: When I needed maintenance around my home (landscaping / yard work) first question I asked was "Are all your crew's American ?" If not it's Thanks, but I'll get someone else ! One so called contractor even hung up on me before answering ! My thought? If you allow non Americans to do your work- Guess what ?

As said previously and in other threads..... the only reason that "illegals" are "allowed" to stay here is because they pick our crops, wash our dishes and a slew of other demeaning jobs the "greedy Americans" refuse to do for the same pay. If we had Americans doing those jobs, prices would be much higher on a lot of things.

Then on the flip side..... how much are we REALLY paying? We pay for their education, healthcare, baby sitting, legal issues and much more.

I think it's a draw....kick their butts outta here!

Those are the one's that would rather sit on their a$$'s while they get their weekly welfare check and other gov't hand outs while breeding like sheep. The total cost is far greater than if we had our own citizens doing the work. Figure they cost us around 300 billion annually divided by 20 million = $15,000 for every one of them. If you got paid 8 bucks an hour to pick lettuce and worked a 40 hour week it'd be $16,640 annually 15k would be a hell of a raise!

When I show up for jury duty they just look at me and grin and tell me to go back to work. You should have heard what I told them a few years back.
