regular shaft to fat shaft on cleavers??

i'm looking at a set of mercury 4 blade cleavers that have the small shaft hub and are not the flo torque. i have the 19 spline fat shaft and someone told me i could take the flo torque hubs out of my bravo props and have them welded in to the cleavers. is this true???

I have done this to several sets of props, no problems. John @ Mazco will do them. I believe BBlades does them. Use the HP ss hubs. Make sure whoever does them, that they are capable of getting thm centered.
