Road Trip from Al to Mi, any suggestions??

Aight guys, takin a rode trip from Dothan, Al up to Michigan sometime the next few weeks (once it warms up up that way) to pick up a boat. I've mapquested it and have there directions. Just wonderin if any of you have any suggestions on any other routes to take or anything else I should now. Thanks in advance.

My liberator 21 is at Wayne Taylor's shop in Selma (west of Montgomery). Are you empty headed to Michigan? Interested in hauling it for $$$$? I do not need door to door delivery. Can meet you in Michigan along your route.

Trailer has new lights, tires and bearings last fall. I think the whole rig weighs 2500 lbs total. It tows so well that I used to tow it with a 2005 Mustang GT Convertible.

For the route, where in Michigan are you headed? For the east side of the state 65 to Louisville to 71 to Cinci to 75 north or head for atlanta and take 75 north the whole way. For the middle 65 to Indy to 69 gets you in the center. For the west side 65 almost all the way to Gary, IN. then use state hwys to get to 31 which runs up the west side. This is all pretty generic however.

i made the same trip this past fall stitch king is absolutly correct on directions.mapquest will put you about 4 hours out of the way.its still along drive about 13-14 hours unloaded and hauling a**.
