It has to be the 350 verado they released a few to a very select few boat builders not long ago so it must be this they are sweet they look just like the 300 but have a few nice touch;s from mercury racing has a vented hood and some support arms on the mid that say mercurt hi performace very nice looking motor my buddy has been doing the testing with it for some time and say it is very strong and if i am not mistakeing you can now get this motor with the 162 case. Thats what i think it is but i may be mistakin. Keys Dave:rolleyes:

As for the Verado - it's not meant for for lightweight boats, though it's the only 4-stroke that has shown real innovation.

last week on I-75 I saw a new contender 35'+- being pulled by a f 650 covered in Mercury marine. the boat had triple 350 verados on it.

350 hp out of a 2.6L 4stroke is still very impressive, it's amazing how efficient motors are becoming now-days even if it does weigh 667 lbs.
