summit sells the rebuild kits, but I don't believe they have a shaft seal if that's where yours is leaking. the rebuild kit is how I turned my holley blue into a holley red (low pressure) by using a holley red rebuild kit.
are the rebuild kits reliable?

the holley blue I started out with was locked up. ended up being the vanes were somewhat rusted to the hub that drives them. I broke the rust loose, cleaned the vane/hub assembly, and put it back together with a holley red rebuild kit. works fine, 3.5psi output. been running it for a few years now. someday I hope to replace it with a carter, but for now the rebuilt holley is still kickin!
