Can I hook up a solar charger to a Perko Battery selector switch to charge both my batteries? If so how? Thanks for your help!

it should be possible.. but you also need a solar regular. even with sun you can cook a battery. if it only going to charge while your around the boat it may not be an issue. if your going to leave it sit all week the its an issue.

to charge correctly for each battery will need a regualator eg one per battery. this way you would connect each battery directly to the regs outputs.

using the perco you have the only possible connection.

one other option is to use a double throw single pole switch. this would direct the reg out put to one battery, then throw the switch for the other.

I leave a regulated solar charger hooked to the terminals in one battery and the switch set to "both" for about 4 months at a time and it did great last winter. Kept both batteries charged. Hope this helps
