Is there anyone who sells add on trailer brakes?
It's a Lite Rider trailer.

Or would I be better off upgrading the brakes on my 95 Z71?

A little info, I'm pulling a Allison XB2002 but I'm a nut for having killer brakes.

Any good trailer supply place should have what you need. I would recommend going electric. You will need the backing plates and drums for your axle and a controller for the tow vehicle. If the particular axle you have doesn't have the mounting brackets on it (it should), you may be able to get some for it, or you may have to change axles. If it has the flanges, it should be able to bolt up either electric or hydraulic backing plates. If I can help you in any way, let me know.

Thanks Rick, if I can't find what I need around here I'll let you know.

Call the makers of the trailer. They can get you the parts needed or refer you to who can.
