I replaced the swivel bracket on my 115. I couldn't remember how the assembly of the upper mount was. I looked at my shop manual and it shows a rubber washer and a metal washer that mounts on the bolts that holds the upper mount in place. My question is.... is that rubber washer just supposed to "float" on that mounting bolt? I can't see any way that thing is going to tighten down. I hate the fact my memory, if I ever had one, is getting worse. I thought I'd ask before I tighten down the powerhead!!
