mercury heads.
i bought a set of used heads form a guy on here. i heard a rattle in one of the heads. tried shaking it out. didn't work. so i took a small cable ran it up through the water jacket. all kinds of black crap came out. little pieces. then i hit the big chunks. it looked liked burnt sand. i figure it is the casting material when they made the heads. only on one side of the head.. somebody wasen't getting proper cooling. mercury's finest!!! anybody ever seen this before???
