About five years ago a "former" friend left a jet ski at my lake property. I have completley lost contact with him and the ski is still sitting there. Chances are the bank isor was looking for it. If it has since been written off by the bank can I place a storage lein on it?

in Alabama the have a way where you can file for title under Abandon Vechiel title you have to jump through some hoops but you can get the title and either sell it or keep.
