Just got my new Venom, and am working on getting it ready. I ask Jim to send me whatever he could of Andy's boat running, he said he was working on a DVD of Andy running at Jasper and would send me a copy. Its great footage so I ask if I could post it on u-tube. I don't think its done but its already cool!

Why not it's his boat !! Why shouldn't he take advantage of it. I would!!
I am sure other mfgs. would do the same including Allison:o
Do I think Jim should offer some incentives to Andy for using his boat sure but that's his decision. Andy deserves it:) :)

Hey, when I won at Jasper for the second time in an Allison, I was in the tech area tearing down my powerhead and got a "congradulations" while they were on the way to the bathroom. Guess I was lucky the bathroom was on the way!:rolleyes:

Thank goodness Allison built an awesome boat that you had two wins with in Jasper alone, much less all the other races you won.:D I'm not just asking you this but everyone. What should a boat manufacturer do when you win a race with one of their boats when you came to the race without the manufacturer offering or advertising any type of contingency money for winning? I'm just curious as I seem to hear statements like, all they said was congratulations quite often. I don't see where they owe us anything unless they offer it ahead of time.

I don't expect anything from anyone. It's not just me benefitting from what the manufacturer has made, they benefit from me winning as well! My point was that, had I not been on the way to the bathroom, I wouldn't have gotten that much from them! How much does it take for someone to say, good job out there?
