Question on EFI /Opti swap??

Probably a dumb question but here goes. I have a 225 EFI 3.0 Merc. I want an Opti. Will the opti powerhead bolt right on and the only thing else to replace would be the cowling?? Or what has to be changed out to go from EFI to Opti??

The Opti adapter plate has fittings for compressor water cooling out, and rail air dump.

What year EFI?

Thats not a dumb question at all! I was just thinking about the new Merc 50hp 4 stroke casing and cowling and wondering if I could put a 07' 2 stroke in there instead of the 4 stroke power head.

oil pan might be a problum,i think the adapter plate is different
