24 SUPERBOAT (outboard 10" setback)
-Hull Length 23' - 7"
-Max Beam 6' - 7"

*Taylormade 24' Day Cruiser V-Hull I/O*

Semi-Custom full cover. A cheaper alternative than paying 2 to 3 thousand dollars for a full custom cover, but like everything else, you get what you pay for. Its not bad. I went with the 24' model. I mighta went with the 25' model . It woulda covered the OB as well. I dont know.
We"ll see how this one holds up in morning sun / late sun conditions. http://i6.tinypic.com/85ylclh.gif

Not bad. I bought a cover, put up a thread but it was taken away. Any way paid $39.00 for it, they were all $39.00. It's nuts, it comes with 20 straps that wrap around the trailer. It also has the pole that goes in the middle with the cord to pull it up. But know one knows cuz norbits deleted the post.

Wow $39.00 for a full cover ??? Holy ****.
A 12x24 poly tarps cost that much. The price of an OB engine cover from WestMarine is $59.00.
Someone deleted the post ??? Now that is really krazy. http://i16.tinypic.com/6ly5p1e.gif

I know I posted a thread about it, and it was deleted. Guess iboats isn't a paying vendor so it was deleted. TWICE. I will get a pic of it on the boat. Nice and heavy, not a thin piece of junk. I don't see a vendor on here selling boat covers, ?????. I was letting all you guys know about a smoking deal and to save some big bucks, and I was shot down. $200.00 cover for $39.00 with free shipping, thats a no brainer.

Cobra, it's a simple thing.............. commercial advertising REQUIRES Supporting Vendor registration to post here. It doesn't matter whether it's posted by the company or a customer, if it's an ad for marine items for sale commercially that's what it takes.

Otherwise every freeloader who wants to run a free sale ad for a captive audience of thousands of boaters would either just do it incognito themselves, or get some member to post it for them.

I thought I explained it pretty well in a Private Message. Seems kinda un necessary to bring it back up this way.

In this case, I think it would have benefited all of us to leave it up. That's too good of a deal not to let others know about it. Just my opinion! Kinda like not letting anyone know about a good deal at Walmart.

So where would you draw the line Randy? You wouldn't believe the PM's I get from people who's ads have been deleated who think they've offered the membership here a service by posting their stuff here?

Would the boat magazines let a commercial business run free Super Sale ads just because the stuff is cheap?

A similar post was made by a member last month for a certain well known Merc dealer who was blowing out some engines at real lowball prices. If that was cheaper than anybody else was selling em, wouldn't it be the same thing?

It's a $39 cover. I don't think they're makin a killing. I agree with most of what you said. This is just my opinion on this particular item.

I promise that if anybody else who sells Liberators gets a lowball sale price ad posted here that it'll get deleated too.:D

Thank you WILDMAN. And here is a pic of it on my boat. Fits like a glove, which will Pisz most of you off. Oh notice all of the straps that come with it. I think that would cost about 40 bucks just for them.

if I remember correctly (I saw it before it went away), weren't they closeouts in oddball sizes they guy was just trying to liquidate? I remeber looking at the site and thinking it was a good deal, but everything they had that was close to fitting my boat said sold out. just my recollection, but if I could have used anything there I would have bought one.

Yes on the secound post they did have limited sizes, plenty of mid size stuff 19' to 24'. But the first time I posted it they had a good selection. The posts were a couple of weeks apart. It's water under the bridge now, and off my cover. But in any event it didn't screw any here out of a sale, cuz no one here sells covers or tops.

There is a guy here in Tempe that I have known for 19 years. All he does is buy and sell O/B parts and whole motors. You don't see me posting his stuff on here. Good venue for it since this place is all O/B's. That reminds me I need to call him to see about the old 235 he had.

In seriousness but before we delete links / threads from "outsiders" that benefit us TEAM MEMBERS in particular .....then we really need to delete all the long time NON-TEAM MEMBERS from posting there items in the Buy/Sell & make it mandatory once & for all.
Most of them have been around a few years & are takers not givers and the only thing they dont take is a hint . http://i4.tinypic.com/72rnmv4.gif
