I was going through some old pics and found these. I don't think they made it onto the Rumble 2001 web site. Enjoy!

Maybe it will get some people off the couch out there and get their rigs ready! ;) ;)

Man,Did that ever bring backsome memories Bruce! Except for the Yellow Allison,I dont remember seeing him on the water,or on land.I think the biggest suprise had to be Loyds Action with the Monty motors!Actually going down the river looking for barge waves to jump,Something about that ride is Awsome,Hard to describe just plain old FUN!
Instigator in heaven,Nope, a turn key reliable mostly stock 100+ boat? Way to easy for Gary, no pain no gain!
The V-8 johnson STV.Simply Amazing in a class by itself, the accelleration from an 80 MPH kick down was like watching a Dragboat leave the line.
Thanx for the Pics! Dave:cool:

And yeah the River Rocket is still for sale.
Was out to Jimmies last week.
That boat is still in the same barn since then and has'nt been wet since!
Jimmie does'nt really care or need to sell it but would.
I looked close at the interior this time cause I thought I remember'd thinking the deck was too narrow to add a second forward seat.
I was wrong, a second forward seat would go in easy.
Also popped the cowl off the motor when Jimmy was'nt looking and that thing is "box" stock, other than dissabled limiter and a cone.
100 - 101 w/a 29" SRX (what I ran) and 104 w/a 31" Spinelli.
Not bad for a fishin mohtar!!

Bobby, yeah i know what you mean about that boat. It scares me just getting close to it now! I'll probably end up owning the damn thing if its still for sale when my financial situation improves.
That was the first time I'd drived that big of a tunnel boat and Jimmy went out and made a pass and said, "you don't even need to mess with the trim if you don't want to."
I did'nt touch it!! (did'nt want to buy it yet:D )
The thing launched hard, ran very stable, drove like the family wagon, and turned a 29" SRX 7400.
Did'nt have a meter or GPS but the calculator says 99 - 101 depending on slip.
B.L. Not sure if those pictures were ones you took or that my buddy Ben did??
I had him take some good close ups of Tonys stacks for me to work off of for mine.

When LT and I went for a ride in the Twin Monty Music driven Action of our Famed Lloydster (aka hyflier), I could not stop laughing it was SSSSSSSSSSSSo much fun. I still want my own twins!

Instigator was all smiles and did his Jesus imitation of walking on water. He sure had a great time behind the wheel of other boats!

What a blast, AND we get to do it again this year! Can't wait for my girls to meet this great bunch of people! Hell, me too w/ many of you.

I am already having fun.
