Does anyone know if cmc makes a rebuild kit for the pl65?
Here is what is going on... Full down it sits even, when you run it up it lifts from the right and hits the right rollers @ the top first, then the left side tops out and then straightens back up. Maybe worn rollers or bushings? Hydraulicly it seems to work fine. Or is this maybe something so stupid as to being low on oil ? Have not checked or thought of that till right now, and boat is in storage an hour away... any thoughts are appreciated.
thanks in advance
Bill

Its the 4 inner round plastic bushings. they suck, they are crushed already. whats needed on each side is 1 long flat rectangle bushing with 2 holes to replace them inner round ones. the outter ones can stay round. Now you just have to keep snugging up the slider bolts to keep it straight. I tried talking to the company about getting a piece of material to make my own bushing but they are useless.

Here is link to CMC website with product downloads.
http://www.cook-mfg.net/downloads.html The procedure is described for tightening/adjusting the rollers. I have done mine and do not have any binding issues. Good luck.
