Wha are these things??

Can anyone tell me what these things are? They are electrical sensors of some sort. They (2) were on each side of the bow of a 16' outboard boat I recently bought.
Each has 2 wires coming off of it, but the wires weren't going anywhere....

Sensor...? Look more like someones idea for a fish shocker...? Not very legal... :confused:

Humm. I don't know.. But whatever they are, The wires are very small guage.

They could be part of one of those fish attracter setups.

I will do a search for those and see if anything matches up.
