engine covers

hi guys, i have a 200hp 93 merc that i want to dress up a bit,looking a little dated now.I am wondering if the 98 efi engine covers and side covers will bolt straight on to this?
if not what would you suggest?
Any input would be appretiated

I wonder if the power head has to be removed to do a cowl change ?
