Get with Big B and let's do another trip before the weather gets cold. That was a good time. Ole Keith had a blast. It's good to have him and Tim Tindle back from Iraq. High Pockets mentioned going south this time. Let's set a date and get it done!!!

I can't make it this weekend. Need to get together with you boys before cold weather gets here. Grab Gary and Talmidge and yall head up this way one weekend. We may do another river run in a few weeks and if so we may try and meet up with all the Sneeds group. We will post it on the board of we get something going.

Mickey. We put Roberts other motor on so a ride kinda out of the question. He said something about Barney and Truby going all the way down there the other day. I thought this would be a pretty good time to see where those boys stacked up against each other before we got serious into huntin . We could even run short if they wanted too. But I reckon they don't race on the water .:eek:

I'm gonna watch Robert make a few passes on Saturday morning sometime and try to get him on a stopwatch maybe. You ought to come by.

Yeah we need to do that!....Would really like to go south being we missed the last trip down that way....Probably be a good trip to meet the Sneads folk coming up....there should be some sandbars and such round halfway. Got the boat in the shop fixing the shiftin problem right now...waiting on the outcome.

Don't really know about the water deal Itchy. But , Its been at half a foot all year so I guess thats the new normal.:confused: I don't reckon anybodies goin down there as its been so quiet. I know there's a bunch of folks goin east so I guess we'll just stay in Panama and fool with Roberts boat.


I'm not sure what time Mickey but we'll probably do it right here at martin lake. That s where we've been runnin this summer because there aint ususally any people around. If you want to get in on this just let us know . I'm gonna mark off a quarter so we can try and get a et on Robert so we can start workin on his setup.

My wife sees this as bonding time for me and my youngest. She and the oldest are going out of town and since I am going to River Ranch next weekend I better hang around for this one. Its always nice when mama stays happy. It will only hurt for one day.

We really need a tri states new years day run up the hootch. We got plenty of water, the law doesnt really bother us unless ur bein reckless, u can ride 60 miles from dam to dam, we got 6 sand bars to hang out on between the dams.

No worry bout lockn threw and bein back at a certain time, most can make that run on 20 gals and a case lite beer.

We'v been on the Bend for 3 years runnin now on New Years day. Kinda a tradition.

BTW Scott ur doin the rite thing, keep moma happy and all will be happy. I just dont take my own advise??!!! Later

I wanted to make ya'lls last run, but I'm trying to get caught up at work so I can go to RR IV. I have been keepin' up with ya'lls posts and would like to make ya'lls next one! Water or air temps have never bothered me on boat runs:eek: . Just have to adjust the antifreeze intake LOL!!:D

Well Gary nothin stopin us to do another run. Its a good ride, it may be hard to get many together at this point. I think i rode the day after thanksgivin last year.
