Thinking of splitting up 260?

I'm thinking about splitting up my 98 260.I believe it's time for some freshening up but still runs very well.I think last time I checked the compression was down to around 138 from 145.As far as I know it has never been apart or hurt and stock except the 34cc heads.

I was thinking of selling the short block from heads to reed plate.

Was wondering what would be a fair price?I didn't want to list for sale till I know what everything was worth!

Just went through this , needs re -nicasil ---900.00 plus and 1400 .00 worth of pistons and rings plus another several hun for bearings , etc. BUT it will be a damn sight more reliable than buying a used powerhead with a "FRESHENING UP " just done !!!!!!
