Just picked up a hydrostream today for 100$, no motor but on a nice trailer. I tryed to Identify the model on the hydrostream registry but the numbers don't match up to any of mine (model #) the hull number is hsp334emm796 it's titled as a 1979 17' This boat is a bowrider v bottom looks simular to a viper only a bowrider and larger. I know the "EM" in the hull number should designate the model according to the hydro registry. Any help would be great. I don't have a picture yet, and have never seen another like it around here. has a cool smoked split windshield, I couldn't pass up a solid boat for 100$:D

Found it, it's a vamp. The length is wrong and the E on the title should be a v. Any one owned one of these?

Same bottom as the Ventura. Very fast with a sane level of power on the back. Quite the sleeper, a "swan" of sorts...

The ugly duckling of Hydrostreams for sure... but with a very fast hull

The ugly duckling of Hydrostreams for sure... but with a very fast hull:D yep !, but I am known for liking strange stuff, never been one to folow the crowd. I don't think there are too many of these left, probably due to it's strange bow. I'm going to name it mr hankey because of the "retro" brown metal flake.

had one with a evenrude 150 moded to 175 head hp. ran in the lower 70s. just dont use a four bladed prop the stearn lift make the boat un-turnable at hi speed. great small boat.
