How much power is enough?

I hear ya there! hahaha, as for me, 200plus, not dynoed yet, not done with engine either, but yea, you can always back off the throttle if it's too much for ya, right? Can never have enough! Just don't tell the Coast Guard what ya have and your all good!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I am rated for 245 but my understanding is boats 20' and over aren't subject to Coast Guard rating. Coast Guard rating is used as a guideline for insurance companies (although mine told me that they won't insure me over 240 horse so that is exactly what mine is. :D

After all, what do I know about horses and such.

Got an e from a second major HP boat magazine wanting info about sending a very popular journalist to cover it.
I have two X Mod VP stars close to commiting.
My Tee shirt guy told me that Wayne Taylor from Mad EFI is bringing a 400 HP Johnny Rude.
Rick Gillman is supposed to be bringing his blown V-8 OMC.
SpeedRacer is working on the neighboring town of Madison Indiana to bring their Miss Madison Unlimited out. (he even thinks there's a chance they may run it)
Ken Warby is bringing the lifting sling for the jet, and says if everything is right------?
So what else???

sneaking out to the pond when HE is two for driving lessons. just dont let her know till it is too late to put the kabosh to influincing the young one. that worked for me at 6 mo he was at every boat race we could find. she said you better turn him off to fast boats!!! OK OK OK i will -rite!! before he got his drivers license he had a 15 foot allison/15xs in race trim. learned to drive ok first time he went out of sight back he came ahead of a bass boat. stopped and as he was getting out of boat suggested i try the guy on just to see if i could do better!!
congrats if you in the family way. you got any now? if not i promise it will effect you in ways you never expect.
come rumble if you boatless you can play in mine. not the fastest but it will tighten the ole drain hole from time to time!!
