Just wondering if any one has any tips on installing foot throttle in a Hydrostream Vector on the Starboard side where it doesn't have a flat floor. Any help would be great. Thanks

Moomba, we were a Hydrostream dealer in the old days and we used to install them in middle of the floor and use the left foot. Sounds real awkward, but beleive me after about two or three hours in it, no problem.

I cut a pc of wolmanized 4 x 4 and shaved it at an angle so that it was flat/level and fiberglassed it to the hull. (It will be right around the front lip of the storage compartment.) Then screwed the hot foot pedal to it. Right foot. Your leg will be a little straight out, but I've run left foot throttles and prefer the right. It is not the easiest to get into if you have the original bucket seats.

when i had my vector used the foot pedal from merc hi-performance book as it is nice and small and glassed it into the side of the boat and at a angle and then used just your top of your foot to push on it .. felt good to drive it that way and comfert...
