88 200 efi/xri can anyone help why its running rich at idle and does load up, still has oil injection on it

Check the TPS setting first. Make sure that the MAP sensor fitting on the airbox is unrestricted too.
If you have a service manual, check to be sure that the idle bleed system is all working properly. It's not uncommon for the check valves to get stuck open and cause a problem like that.

Cylinder head temp. sensor could possibly be bad or unplugged also?
