more useless ramblings from the hamster on the wheel i call my brain, what determines how fast a thread drops on the page, it seems if two threads are posted at the same time, and both get no responses (for example) one will wind up a page back and the other is still in the middle of the first page??? or is it my imagination, it dont really matter, but my mind is full of useless information and just as many useless questions....i was jus wonderin....

I'm not Greg:D But I am a wealth of useless information. The primary factor is your thread sort settings in your user CP, those settings are displayed at the bottom of the page.

Mine is set to "last reply" for "all threads" which sorts by time

i would think they would both go down the page together at the same time if they dont get any replys.

ithought so too, but sometimes i'll be watching a couple of threads at the same time, both sorta die out at the same time, but a day later, one is still on the front page, maybe towards the bottom and the other is one page back, in the middle, again, its not a life altering issue, just sometimes things like this bug me, like when someone asks the name of that actor in that movie, and you know both, but cant think of the name of either, this is kinda like that frosted flakes thread, no real point, or importance except to me.....
