I remember reading about Brad's boat on the Bakers' Scaryfast site many years ago.

If Brad's boats continue go get bigger at the current exponential rate, people will soon be able to walk across Lake Superior from end to end on one of his boats.

Way to go!

Brad has had several really nice boats over the years. The Mirage RR and Quarter Master he had custom painted were unbelievable. The Skater is just a fantasy in the reality I live in ! Nice ride Brad . Mike

Steve Zuckerman i think now not Zastrow . Brad has converted 2 raceboats into poker run boats. I think there was a few photos of the transformation here. Didn't he also do atriple OB tunnel and another offshore cat ? Mike

Yea, that was Zuckerman's Mirages. Brad Zestrow had a 30" Moton cat with 3-280's tha Warlock Dave bought off him, and another Motion they turned into a pleasure boat from a race boat.

One of Zuckerman's Mirages ended up at on of the Palatka Fl get togethers. All that paint work was bad azz.
Warlock was the one i couldn't think of ! Did this Skater start out as a race boat ? Mike

Mike, if you're refering to the Quartermaster he had that was at Palatka in 2002, my dad owns it now, doesn't race it though. If that's the one you're thinking of, here's a pic of me running it last summer.

The RiverRacer...I got a pics of it somewhere...ended up down in Florida. When I asked Steve Zuckerman about it, he said it went to a guy who lives on a lake, and it sat on a boat lift behind his house. With all the gatherings in Florida, you'd think someone would have spotted it, and with the power of the internet (S&F, ByuBoyz, etc.)still no one has seen it surface. It's amazing the sweet rides out there that no one has seen. I'll dig up the pics of Steve's last RiverRacer.

PS. Parker Rabe has one of Zuckerman's RiverRacers now...minus some yellow vynl

The pictures don't do it justice.

I've been wanting to pocst pics of all the Mirage's on the Mirage thread, but all my pics are on jump drives and CDs and I'm too lazy to do it now, lol. That's one of my favorites though.

Thank you for the kind words. The Hot Boat pictures turned out really nice. I was hoping they would have used the pictures of my 71 year old Father they took in the cockpit at the Chicago Poker Run. We were running up to 120mph in 6-8' waves wiith my Father in the back seat. He loved it. That man is the reason I love speed. An ex-offshore racer Larry Goldman worked the throttles and I drove. I now understand why in rough water one man can not drive the boat. It was a lot of work to keep the boat from going sideways on every launch wave we hit. Both hands were moving the wheel a lot to keep us straight. The trick is to get on top of the waves without crashing. Scary fun for all of us. There were a lot of boats that could not get over 50 mph that day. The 39 MTI was one of the smallest boats there. We often times were completely in the air for a long time at 100+. It was a hugh thrill for me to be in such a great boat with a real pro showing me the ropes and my Father riding along. :D
