hello my 1997 225 efi 3.0 lt motor is losing power at top end. when i get over 5,000 on the tac i can feel the motor lose a little power like a cylinder is being cut in and out. i brought it somewhere to have it looked at and the mechanic did all kinds off ohms test and im sure he ran through everything,and he said i had a bad cdm ( i think that what its called coil) so he changed it he ran it and said he go to 6,000 rpm for a bunch of rides. then i get it back and i have the same problem. just wondering if anyone else had a similiar problem,and could point me in any kind of direction thanks
