Can you surface this prop. Heard they can throw a blade. Currently running 4 blade cleaver one inch below pad but I know it should be higher.

I run my 26 (old style) and my 27 (new style) about 1/4" below right now, but have run them 1/2" above or so.
I have had TWO Trophy's crack blades on me.
One was a used prop, (27) and I got 63 hours out of it.
A BRAND NEW Trophy 27, lasted 83 hours before cracking a blade.
Still my favorite prop, and Merc gave me ANOTHER new one, it is still in the unopened box, but I will use it "when" this one cracks too.
I do check my props EVERYTIME I go out though.
Funny thing though, the old style 26 has been surfaced for 6 to 8 years, and cut several inches INTO logs, and still no signs of cracks.
