I've sent Ruck some blocks that I thought was "Train Wrecks" and he's successfully fixed them... If it "can" be fixed Ruck can fix it...

That can be fixed easily. Weld it up and put a sleeve in it.

That can be saved, just do your homework on economics first. Might be cheaper to get a good used block somewhere or a rebuilt one with a warranty

I am too swamped to take it right now. If you can wait I can do it. Sleeving is $225.00 and it looks like about $200.00 to weld and machine the block.

How long is the wait? I'm not in a hurry I have my other boat for now
How about the crank can they be fixed? see pic below

Replace the crank and front half. They are pretty inexpensive here in the classifieds. If the block is otherwise good, have it fixed.
