Scream And Fly

Many of you know, I try to answer each email and return every phone message. Personalized support is very important to me. But, there are limits, and it takes time - I receive hundreds of emails and about 30-40 phone messages each day. I do not mind that at all, but I do ask that you all be patient, but there are steps that can be taken to expedite the process somewhat.
So, to make my life a bit easier which will make your response a bit quicker, here's a short list of what not to do:
Email:
When writing me, please always include your login name. Yes, I can look it up in most cases (assuming you're emailing from the same registered email as on the forums), but it makes my job easier to not have to. Some examples of bad emails:
"I can't sign in."
Yes, I get emails with just those four words, seriously.
"Why did you ban me? You guys are ******!!"
...When in fact, we didn't ban the person in 99.999% of these cases - they merely forgot their password.
"I'm sick of you idiots losing my password. Make the board work right for a change!"
Needless to say, this will almost never get a response - and yes, I receive several of these types of mails each week. Our database is working just fine, so please do not blame me for losing your password or if your network admin is blocking this site at your place of work. :)
I don't ask much - just please provide at least some information and be somewhat respectful.
Phone messages:
Please leave your number and login. Also, speak clearly. Remember the fast-talker that used to do those Micro Machines commercials (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1t6IisLBU0)? Sometimes I just can't for the life of me decipher what the phone number or email address is on the message. Please, speak clearly - it helps me a lot, which will help you too. :)
Thank you :) :)
