Besides looking beat and needs to be shot, it looks like a butt ugly new T-bird color. How do they do that? Mix all the left over paint you got in your shop and shoot it?

Buy it and paint over the rumor portion of "Nasty Rumor" and I think the boat would then be properly named. I'm not sure you could match that paint though!!!

the motor has got to be worth the opening bid
the hull should be put to rest:o

I don't know about it being worth the opening bid.. I have bought many running 2.4 that are in very similar condition for half that.. But the compression test would be the tell tale on the true price and a close inspection..

CASH IN HAND:D

Yea the problem is I will too... And often do.. I use them on our Towboat US towboats. After I get them I tear them down rering them and give the a good inspection. But I often pass over 2.0L for that same price range since I don't need the blocks.. ANd there not worth as much to me.. If you are interested in a 2.0L I can call a guy that I know that was selling one for $800 compleate and see if he still has it.. It was like a 1985 I think and he claimed it was low hour.. But I really don't belive that..
