Pick up tail gate seal

If you have a pick up and actually use it then you know about the tail gate gap that gets filled.
I got a brain fart and slid a piece of rubber under the liner on the tail gate and the bed.
When closed it slides and disapears.
When open the canyon is covered so the pebbles or mulch don't fall in there and I don't have to clear it out before closing the gate.

Now if I can finish the half load of mulch still on the truck...:o

That's a great idea. I hate when the crap gets stuck between the gate and bed, especially when its pieces of broken brick or concrete block.
