fuel system set up,pusher pump or not

1988 xri outboard w/ efi 200hp should i run primer bulb or get small electric fuel pump to bring fuel from tank to high pressure pump and if so what pressure do i want to high pressure pump????????????????

Nothing needed.
The factory pulse pump is fine.

Or you can do as I did and remove all the vapor tank and mount the high pressure pump inside the boat.
