"Webbing"

Does anyone know where to find the stuff that you can add to paint to get that "webbed" paint effect like on the inside of skiffs?:confused:

its called "webbing solution" and most fiberglass places have it, marine trading post in N. ft myers keeps it in stock. only works with gel though.

Contact cement and laquor paint. Do a search I posted the formula previously.
