I'm new to ocean boating and have a tow truck with nice chrome wheels. I was wonderting if I'm going to run into corrosion problems. If I rinse them off everytime, will i still have corrosion issues?

just dont go past the rubber. get the brake parts full of salt and you'll most likely be pissed the next time you do a brake job.
