Water in lower unit oil - Pressure test OK

Early this summer I saw evidence of water during a lower unit oil change. So I remove the lower unit have it "pressure tested" at a Merc dealer. They say it looks good, and don't see anything wrong. I get new gaskets for the drain and fill caps, button everything up and run it for about 10 hours then change the oil again. Same thing, water in the oil.

What should I check or do next?

what gearcase are you running? if it's a sportsmater, try the madefi shift shaft seal and 4 seal driveshaft seal, that has cured most water issues.
