look a little closer, The things trashed, it was run into a seawall by the previuos owner. I got it with a 90 merc and trailer for 600 bucks. Sold the motor for 2,000.:D Totally recored it. I've seen 103 on gps at 7300-7400 and buzzed it to 7600 one cool day. The transom is shot in it now so it may get dumpsterd. I'd hate to do it but it's cosmetically urepairable pretty much. I've got a nice blue/silver one that is rollin out soon though, gonna rig it up the same.

175 psi cranking speed, finger ports, Little porting, some REALLY nice heads my buddy cut up for me, top secret like, he's a heavy duty snomobiler and we kinda transferred some tricks. Race front half with a nifty staged nitrous set up by me. The exhaust plates were a bitch and took alot of work, but that was worth 300 rpm. 1.87 case w/ bobs carrier. ( A MUST if you plan on surfacing a stock case, MUST have it, plus that got me another 150 rpm. ) It'l turn a 32 cleaver on my viper about 7400 no sprayin. I've buzzed it lately as high as 8200 with a 26 chopper on the spray.....It's a really fun boat, took me awhile to get the most out of it(103.3) After I've got this HST though I don't have any desire to top end in it anymore. With the 26 it F$%#ing rocks. 4th year on the motor now and still showing good on the leakdown and within 5 lbs a cylinder. Gotta love them sloppy steel bores!:D At 103 in my hst I can drive with my knee practically. Now there is a rhyme! P.S. 4 years of beating that Bobs bearing carrier up and not one whimper out of it. By far the most unfailing part for a motor I've purchased. Oil always looks good even after not even checking it for a season.
