Smoke on the waterfront,I would set it up like a mini Race Rock but it would be all boats, Hang a couple small hydros from the ceiling a couple of nice old mercs set up in the corner,That would be cool.

There's a place called The Tides Tavern in Gig Harbor WA that had great food and a wide variety of beer on tap. I used to go there when I got skunked salmon fishing.

Of course, the boat at that time was OMC powered. That was then and this is now (with a boat of a totally different purpose); Mr. Max has high blood pressure and is therefore on a no-salt diet.
