Don't mess with it, you'll never recover the cost, it would be hard to sell if it doesn't work out, and it won't likely run as well.

what are you running the cleaver on?

There is a difference between cutting and repitching. Some say they can repitch as much as 2" making it a 28 or 32. It can be reduced in dia as much as you want but not good if you ever resell it. Like Pyro says, probably not a good idea. Sell it and get what you want.

</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>The prop can be pitched down to a 28p that's as far as you would want to take it and it could be pitched back up if needed. what is the dia of the prop. If it is a 15 or bigger you could cut it to a 14.5 i would not go any smaller than that. Like the other guy's were saying you don't want to do to much cuting to it and make it junk to sell. But you would be safe to pitch it to a 28p and make it a 14.5 dia that's what most of us run is 14.5 dia. So doin that if that would work for you that will not hurt the resale value of the prop. If you have any questions feel free to call anytime. Thank's Rich. leadingedgepropeller.com
