V8 Mid and lower switch

This weekend I am changing the mid and lower from a 25 to a 20 inch mid. I have had lowers off before but never a mid section, sooo how do I do this?

Let me guess, the blown up motor is the 20", and the good motor is the 25"? Just your luck. Call me. I have a couple ideas that would be a big help, knowing exactly what it is you are trying to accomplish. Your better off pulling the complete v-6 off the boat and mounting the mid and lower before you put the v-8 powerhead on the 20" mid. Also, I have an engine stand and cherry picker you can use. Won't need them for a while, now that my boat is rigged.
