Shipping 2.4 block????

I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions, im shpping my bare 2.4 block down to ruck to get sleeved. I want to know how i should send it and the best way to package it.Also does anyone know the exact weight on a bare 2.4 block.

I put mine in a plastic bag put a piece of blue board in the bottom of the box place another bag like a liner in it place your block (in the other bag) into the box I then spray expanding foam around it.....cut it off the top the next day fold the flaps and ship it....He cut the foam in half did his buisness put it back in the foam taped it together put it back in the box ( it slides out because of the plastic bag liner) and home it came!!!!!
