i own a 1987 23 foot offshore warlock with a 454,340hp motor. i run a custom ron hill 3 blade prop. i can not get the boat over 60mph. at the max rpm of 4600. does this sound right. what eles can i do.

Thats easy , 540 ci , 750 hp , boat will do upper 80's

HI. If boat reaches max. rpm with 4 aboard try more pitch otherwise its running well for speed attained thanks.
