g-day,

i am writing this for a very good friend of mine, who is asking your peoples help. my mate owns a australian bullet 1850. he has a stock 2.5 litre 200hp efi block, with a racing 2.5 litre front half with 7 petal carbon fibre reeds, 260/280 efi racing horn, 1 inch spacer plate, stock pistons, stock crankshaft and rods. he has a sportsmaster gearbox with a 20inch racing offshore midsection. in the mid he has a genuine racing tuner. at the moment he has the s3000 fuel managment efi system with the fuel rails and injectors and the s3000 electrics. what he is doing, he will be opening up the exhaust chest of his stock 200 block to s3000 specs, but he would like to know what other tricks he can do before he puts the engine back together? he will be using the stock pistons, crank, and rods again. he had 135pds commpression exactly in each cylinder. he just wants to know what other tricks can be done to the power head or block it self, and to make it run harder and to be reliable. his max rpm's before was 8200 rpm with a 28p. and if he was to do this, what size cc heads should he use? the heads he had was stock o-ring 200hp efi flat heads.

any input and help would greatly be appreciated.
thanks dzalj1.
