I'm pretty good with all these things but I would like a few opinions from the experts.

I'm running a 200 2.4 with quite a few mods. I have my timing set at 23* with no advance module. I'm jetted a little fat and I'm running 145 # compression on all six holes. I set the timing low for break in and have never moved it (50 hours ago). I'm considering moving it to 25* to reap all the benefits.

Here's the question. The best fuel I can get is 91 octane, am I asking for trouble if I set the timing at 25* with this high of compression and only 91 Octane?

The motor is jetted fat and produces good power through its entire range, I'd hate to melt it down...

Thanks

I ain't xpert but ya otta jus leave it alone. If ya set tha timing at 23 at crankin' then its gonna be 25 runnin' anyway. If thats they way ya did it.
