Gene Crandall's auto junkyard in Mentz, N.Y. was fined several times for violating the city ordinance for 3 years. They said his junk yard was an eyesore, and he had 30 days to erect a fence around his property ....or be shut down.


So he kindly obeyed..and did what they asked :)
