Congrats to Jeff Dunn and the whole crew, a great site for the race, really enjoyed meeting all you folks and the locals, all were as nice a group of people as you could ask for.
Thanks for letting the old boy and the carp boat make my first 1/4 run, although my last run looked like I should have entered that air show I passed in Florence, Ha!
Again good job, and we will definitely be back.

Great meeting you! Sorry you didn't quite earn your pilots license, you needed to be another foot off the water for a little more distance & you'd have been there. LOL. Glad to see you running the 1/4 mile stuff, you're going to love it.
Jeff Dunn and the crew from Conway did a great job getting this race & new site going in just a two week period. Thanks guy's! The people in the town of Tabor City,NC & the owners of the facility were very pleased with the turn out & looking forward to our return in July.

Thanks to all the guys that came ,26 boats entries in 4 classes, nice meeting Shook,hell of a nice guy,did real well for fis 1st try at 1/4 racing, good job to Lee and Clay, and Bryan, also how about Tommy Moore winning his 1st time racing , way to go, also Jason Smith , and Randy Ricardson on finishing 2nd ,and 3rd in there 1st race. thanks to Sandy and Jeff Tripp and Jimmy Price , Tommy Dunn. for all there help. Talked to the owners of the lake and they said we were welcome back in July on the 15th, Hey Bryan,dont spend any of that drag king money on the boat, maybe I can get a little closer next time, and I want have to trim the ole stv out so much,good run Bryan :D thanks Jeff Dunn

Yep, these guys are hooked now! That Jason dude kept giving me the #1 sign, made me feel like I was somebody, but then I figured out it wasn't his index finger, LOL!
Don't forget the Plymouth race is June 24th.

I was on my way when the water pump went out on the Yukon . What a Day !!!! Glad the race went well and everyone had a good time . Hope to make the next race .
