mariner 2.4 EFI downdraft HELP!!

Can someone tell me where I can find info on this motor? Specs, stats, history, info, pros and cons, HP? Getting ready to put one together, what about a manual? The motor is a 89 or 90. Thanks you guys.

I always thought the downdraft intake was a much older design than '89, maybe it's a franken-merc. :confused:

Downdraft is a lot older than that. '89 Hot Rod is a horn motor. If its still all orginal look for tha build date stamped on tha block..........T
